Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of food services sanitation regulations
  • Understanding of and experience with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations
  • Ability to read and write
  • First Aid certified (we will help obtain)
  • Clean background check

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food services sanitation regulations
  • Understanding of and experience with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations
  • Ability to read and write
  • First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Experience in meal preparation in a food service environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare assigned or scheduled meals in accordance with seasonal menu cycle or as instructed by supervisor
  • Prepare menus according to provided recipes
  • Monitor and document food temperatures in accordance with health department regulations
  • Daily documentation of refrigerator and freezer temperatures (AM and PM)
  • Maintain order, discipline and safety within the kitchen at all times
  • Follow all HACCP regulations in food handling and meal preparation
  • Follow and adhere to all cleaning and sanitization guidelines
