- Knowledge of food services sanitation regulations
- Understanding of and experience with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations
- Ability to read and write

Job Qualifications

- Experience in meal preparation in a food service environment
Job Duties
- Prepare assigned or scheduled meals in accordance with seasonal menu cycle or as instructed by supervisor
- Prepare menus according to provided recipes
- Monitor and document food temperatures in accordance with health department regulations
- Daily documentation of refrigerator and freezer temperatures (AM and PM)
- Maintain order, discipline and safety within the kitchen at all times
- Follow all HACCP regulations in food handling and meal preparation
- Follow and adhere to all cleaning and sanitization guidelines
