Job Requirements
- Sufficient culinary education and/or experience in institutional cooking
- knowledge of food service sanitation regulations
- experience with HACCP regulations
- ability to read and write
- First Aid certified or willing to obtain

Job Duties
- Prepare assigned and scheduled meals according to seasonal menu cycle or supervisor instructions
- prepare menus following provided recipes
- monitor and document food temperatures complying with health department regulations
- perform daily documentation of refrigerator and freezer temperatures morning and evening
- maintain order, discipline and safety within the kitchen at all times
- adhere to all HACCP regulations in food handling and meal preparation
- follow cleaning and sanitization guidelines rigorously
