Job Requirements
- Associate degree or five or more years of related food service experience
- More than 5 years of experience in contract food service operations, high-level catering management, high-volume meal production, and multi-unit experience
- Must provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination

- ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification preferred

Job Duties
- Communicate daily with production staff about all food production activities
- Purchase organic and locally produced foods whenever possible and work with production staff to incorporate these into daily recipe and menu offerings
- Oversee menu development, purchasing, and production incorporating the latest culinary trends and practices
- Ensure proper food temperatures are reached, maintained, and recorded
- maintain daily records of food usage and organization of storage/cooling areas and other compliance regulations
- Lead by example
- engage and develop direct reports and team members through ongoing support, monitoring, coaching, and feedback
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while researching price variations
- Implement and maintain HACCP standards
- Maintain effective, customer-focused relationships
- Provide high-end catering services
- Assist with financial planning phases including budget/cost analysis and reporting to establish, monitor, and achieve operational and financial goals
