- outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- proficient knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- basic computer skills

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality ready-to-eat foods including entrées, salads, side dishes and soups
- place orders for kitchen products
- take guest orders via phone and in person
- execute recipes for self-service and full service kitchen
- provide world-class service to guests
- maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment
