Job Requirements
- Positive attitude
- 3-5 years of experience in savory fine dining and high end banquets
- Thorough knowledge of savory techniques such as saucier, meat fabrication, sous vide, flavor balance, knife skills, French fundamentals, emulsions
- Strict adherence to food quality and safety standards
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area and tools
- Ability to follow company safety and security policies and procedures
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and address concerns appropriately
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Willingness to perform all additional tasks required for operation success
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Clean and professional uniform and personal appearance

Job Duties
- Efficient and accurate set-up and break down of assigned work station as directed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a prep list based on business needs
- Operate industrial ovens, stoves, grills, steamers, mixers, slicers and fryers to prepare foods
- Precisely prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, weighing and mixing of ingredients
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold foods using a number of techniques or as directed
- Properly test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently
- Precisely prepare special meals or substitute items as directed
- Serve prepared foods in proper portions onto proper wares as directed
