  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-volume kitchen
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid food handling and safety certification
