Job Requirements

  • must be available evenings wednesday to sunday
  • at least two years prior experience in an equivalent-style restaurant
  • wine and spirits knowledge
  • memorization ability for changing menu and offerings
  • positive and attentive attitude
  • willingness to learn and grow
  • availability for pm shifts wednesday to sunday
  • ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • reliable transportation to work

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of experience in fine dining or elevated banquet service
  • good knowledge of wine and spirits
  • ability to memorize and recall detailed menu and recipe information
  • strong interpersonal skills and hospitality mindset
  • willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • capable of working varied hours and evening shifts
  • at least 18 years of age
  • reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • cleaning and preparing kitchen areas and culinary products
  • receiving and stocking supplies and ingredients
  • executing precise knife skills and food preparation techniques
  • memorizing and adapting to changing menus, recipes, and wine and spirit offerings
  • maintaining strict adherence to sanitary regulations and restaurant operating procedures
  • engaging with guests and team members in a positive and hospitable manner
  • supporting a high-paced kitchen environment with composure and efficiency
