Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of similar work experience
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary operations
  • Strong leadership capabilities

  • Flexibility to work within a 24-hour operational environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present exquisite dishes using locally sourced organic produce
  • Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure high culinary standards
  • Collaborate with culinary team to design innovative and seasonal menus
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize ingredient use
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience
  • Support 24-hour kitchen operations with flexibility and professionalism
