Job Requirements

  • Food handlers certification required
  • One to two years experience preferred
  • Work authorization in the United States
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years experience working in food and beverage preferred
  • Food handlers certification required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain consistency
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cold food preparation and presentation
  • Understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Supervises and oversees the preparation of all cold dishes including cold banquet items
  • Manages produce orders and inventory to ensure freshness and quality
  • Maintains a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment in compliance with health standards
  • Collaborates with kitchen management and other culinary team members to meet production requirements
  • Ensures food preparation meets Four Seasons quality and presentation standards
  • Trains and mentors junior kitchen staff in garde manger techniques and kitchen protocols
  • Assists in menu development and seasonal food offerings as required
