  • Experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant
  • Culinary school education preferred
  • Ability to work evening shifts
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to handle fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Manage one savory station in its entirety, ensuring precision and consistency
  • Order and manage product inventory for your station
  • Produce high-quality mise en place meeting Michelin-level standards
  • Apply Japanese knife skills, traditional cooking techniques, sushi fundamentals, and Japanese confectionery basics
  • Explore avant-garde methods, including hydrocolloids and modern preparations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Uphold accountability for your prep list and ingredient integrity
  • Collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chefs, and the rest of the team
