Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in banquet kitchen or high-volume culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques including hot and cold food preparation, Garde Manger, baking, and pastry skills
- Experience in supervising and training culinary staff
- Exceptional attention to detail with passion for food presentation
- Good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in alignment with banquet kitchen standards
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Supervise preparation of canapés, Garde Manger items, hot savory dishes, and desserts
- Manage and supervise cooks and culinary staff performance
- Support training and development of culinary staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Coordinate food production for banquets, receptions, and café needs
