Job Requirements
- Passionate about food with a minimum of 3-5 years of similar work experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- Strong leadership capabilities and proven track record in culinary team management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar culinary role
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of culinary operations and kitchen management
- Strong leadership skills with proven success in team and guest engagement
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience managing financial aspects of kitchen operations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24-hour operational environment
Job Duties
- Lead culinary team and oversee kitchen operations
- Develop unique, locally sourced and organic menus
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage kitchen staff performance and training
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for sustainable ingredient sourcing
- Assist in financial management including budgeting and cost controls
