Job Requirements

  • Passionate about food with a minimum of 3-5 years of similar work experience
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
  • Strong leadership capabilities and proven track record in culinary team management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

  • Ability to inspire and mentor kitchen staff

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar culinary role
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary operations and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership skills with proven success in team and guest engagement
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience managing financial aspects of kitchen operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24-hour operational environment

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary team and oversee kitchen operations
  • Develop unique, locally sourced and organic menus
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Manage kitchen staff performance and training
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

  • Assist in financial management including budgeting and cost controls
