Job Requirements
- must have a minimum 5-year experience in culinary food service
- must possess SNHD Health Card
- ability to stand and be mobile for prolonged periods
- ability to bend, reach, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- ability to transport, push, pull, and maneuver items weighing up to 100 lbs
- ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written
- ability to follow recipes and instructions without supervision
- ability to comply with company policies, safety procedures, and chemical handling guidelines
- tolerance to varying environmental conditions such as noise, temperature, illumination, and air quality
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prep and execute all menu items according to standards
- oversee kitchens, service, production and line cooks in the absence and in assistance of Sous Chefs and Chefs
- assess and direct work in any kitchens
- write and cost menus
- order food items as directed by Sous Chefs and Chefs
- document menu changes, temperatures, and meeting information
- attend chef meetings, BEO meetings, and planning meetings
- work all stations in any kitchen independently without supervision
- follow and execute all recipes without supervision
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- maintain proper fire and ticket times
- assist with replacing daily requisitions and rotate and store them
- restock dishes and silverware as required
- carry out reasonable requests by management
