Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
- Strong culinary fundamentals with a working knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
- Leadership potential with the ability to train, mentor, and support team members
- Flexibility and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Passion for delivering refined, high-quality culinary experiences
Job Duties
- Assist in leading, training, and developing the Bacco culinary team in alignment with Four Seasons standards and culture
- Support daily kitchen operations for Bacco Restaurant & Bar, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure consistent preparation, execution, and presentation of all dishes in accordance with Bacco’s menus and culinary standards
- Maintain strict compliance with sanitation, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Implement and uphold portion control standards and established operational procedures
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with banquet plate-ups, special events, and high-volume service periods as needed
