Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
  • Strong culinary fundamentals with a working knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred
  • Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
  • Leadership potential with the ability to train, mentor, and support team members
  • Flexibility and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Passion for delivering refined, high-quality culinary experiences

Job Duties

  • Assist in leading, training, and developing the Bacco culinary team in alignment with Four Seasons standards and culture
  • Support daily kitchen operations for Bacco Restaurant & Bar, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Ensure consistent preparation, execution, and presentation of all dishes in accordance with Bacco's menus and culinary standards
  • Maintain strict compliance with sanitation, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Implement and uphold portion control standards and established operational procedures
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with banquet plate-ups, special events, and high-volume service periods as needed
