Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable stay
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby areas
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs
  • Process payments and manage billing accurately
  • Support hotel operational functions as needed
