Job Duties
- Prepare and cook assigned dishes using fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to Four Seasons quality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to deliver outstanding dishes in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and kitchen areas
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and support kitchen operations as required
- Contribute creative ideas to menu development and special events
