Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Available to work PM shifts Wednesday through Sunday
  • Ability to work varied hours and days as needed
  • Prior experience in fine dining or elevated banquet services
  • Proficiency in memorizing menus and drink offerings
  • Positive attitude and strong hospitality skills
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in a fine dining or equivalent kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Strong memorization skills for menu, recipes, and ingredients
  • Ability to maintain positivity and attentiveness during service

  • Experience working varied hours and shifts
  • Excellent knife skills and culinary technique

Job Duties

  • Upkeep and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work stations
  • Receive and stock culinary products efficiently
  • Prepare ingredients and dishes according to menu specifications
  • Demonstrate strong knife skills with precision and safety
  • Adhere to all health codes and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Engage with guests and provide exceptional hospitality
