Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Available to work PM shifts Wednesday through Sunday
- Ability to work varied hours and days as needed
- Prior experience in fine dining or elevated banquet services
- Proficiency in memorizing menus and drink offerings
- Positive attitude and strong hospitality skills
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in a fine dining or equivalent kitchen environment
- Knowledge of wine and spirits
- Strong memorization skills for menu, recipes, and ingredients
- Ability to maintain positivity and attentiveness during service
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Experience working varied hours and shifts
- Excellent knife skills and culinary technique
Job Duties
- Upkeep and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work stations
- Receive and stock culinary products efficiently
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to menu specifications
- Demonstrate strong knife skills with precision and safety
- Adhere to all health codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
