Job Requirements

  • One to two years experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
  • Food Handlers Certifications required
  • Work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Supervise and oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management
  • Ensure all dishes meet production requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient operation and timely service
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff and support their development
  • Monitor inventory and report supply needs to kitchen management
  • Uphold the standards and values of Four Seasons in all culinary activities
