Job Duties
- Supervise and oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management
- Ensure all dishes meet production requirements and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient operation and timely service
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and support their development
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs to kitchen management
- Uphold the standards and values of Four Seasons in all culinary activities
