Job Requirements
- Prior culinary school or kitchen experience
- Prior kitchen supervisory experience
- Flexible working hours including nights and weekends
- Highly adaptable , motivated , and proactive
- Ability to train and guide kitchen line staff
- Hold or obtain Food Handler's License Certification within 30 days
- Ability to work in extreme hot and cold conditions
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to bend , kneel , and stretch periodically
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to grasp and hold objects
- Ability to hear and speak clearly for communication
Job Qualifications
- Prior culinary school or kitchen experience in a hospitality environment recommended
- Prior kitchen supervisory experience considered a plus
- Flexible approach to working hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to guide and train line staff ensuring compliance with laws and standards
- Hold or obtain within 30 days a Food Handler's License Certification
- Motivated , proactive , and professional with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Contribute to an environment of collaboration , harmony , and fun in the kitchen
- Work under the supervision of Lido and Belle Kitchens culinary leadership
- Manage expediting , quality control , and training of kitchen staff
- Develop product knowledge of all menus , recipes , and food presentation
- Ensure consistent execution of all menu items to standards
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of back of the house areas
- Prioritize , organize , and delegate work assignments
