- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or similar culinary roles
- Ability to work across multiple kitchen stations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Reliable and adaptable to changing kitchen environments

- Broad technical competence across multiple stations
- Quick learning, calm composure, and reliability
- Team-first attitude and strong communication
- Culinary degree a plus
Job Duties
- Step into any station during service with prep and execution responsibilities
- Maintain polished execution at each station-timing, seasoning, plating
- Communicate proactively with CDPs and Sous/Sous Chef to cover needs
- Assist mise en place, inventory, and wastage tracking
- Support daily station prep and coach junior team members
