Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months of professional hospitality and kitchen experience and culinary training
  • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Ability to teach and develop others positively
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong technology skills like Microsoft Office
  • Consistent punctuality

  • Manage and expedite production to ensure quality, presentation, and food safety
