- Minimum 18 months of professional hospitality and kitchen experience and culinary training
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Ability to teach and develop others positively
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong technology skills like Microsoft Office
- Consistent punctuality
