Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of experience in a culinary or kitchen supervisory role
  • strong understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • leadership and team management skills
  • ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • capable of maintaining clean and sanitary work environments
  • excellent time management skills
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and portion controls

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience in a kitchen or culinary environment
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency in operating various kitchen equipment

  • familiarity with menu production and cost control procedures

Job Duties

  • participate in the preparation of food items according to guest orders following recipe cards, complete mise en place and set up station for meals
  • start food items prepared ahead of time without exceeding estimated needs
  • train, motivate, recommend discipline, and supervise kitchen employees ensuring cultural and core standards are met
  • operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill
  • date and rotate food containers, monitor perishables and storage temperatures, check pars and shift use needs, and manage food stock and shortages
  • comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
  • work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • assist in prep work of vegetables and condiments as required for the next shift
