Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of professional hospitality or kitchen experience and culinary training
- food safety certification or commitment to obtain within 6 months
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- organized and efficient prioritization and delegation abilities
- strong technology skills with Microsoft Office
- consistent punctuality

- establish standards of service and serve as the voice and face of Prepared Foods
- manage and expedite production within Prepared Foods areas to ensure quality, presentation and food safety are maintained daily at the highest levels
