Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute desserts, pastries, breads, cakes, and plated desserts as directed
  • Assist in the production of items for restaurants, banquets, events, and room service
  • Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines
  • Support chocolate, sugar, and bakery production as assigned
  • Maintain consistent quality, flavor, and visual presentation in line with luxury hotel standards
  • Ensure products are prepared fresh and displayed attractively
  • Perform daily quality checks of ingredients and finished products
  • Comply with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
  • Follow proper food handling, labeling, and storage procedures
  • Work closely with pastry team members to ensure smooth service
  • Follow instructions from senior pastry chefs accurately and efficiently
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating pastry ingredients
  • Minimize waste and report shortages or quality issues
  • Properly use and care for pastry tools and equipment
