Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • support executive chef and executive sous chef in daily kitchen operations
  • supervise all kitchen personnel to ensure high standards of food quality
  • assist in training kitchen staff
  • conduct quality control inspections
  • maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • oversee banquet and restaurant kitchen functions
  • collaborate with culinary team to develop and execute menu items
