Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fine dining or related kitchen roles
- Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to work across multiple kitchen stations
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Reliable and committed work ethic

Job Duties
- Step into any station during service with prep and execution responsibilities
- Maintain polished execution at each station-timing, seasoning, plating
- Communicate proactively with CDPs and Sous/Sous Chef to cover needs
- Assist mise en place, inventory, and wastage tracking
- Support daily station prep and coach junior team members
