Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fine dining or similar culinary roles
- Ability to adapt and perform across multiple kitchen stations
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to work full-time, year-round
- Culinary degree or equivalent training beneficial
- Reliable and able to maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties
- Step into any station during service with prep and execution responsibilities
- Maintain polished execution at each station-timing, seasoning, plating
- Communicate proactively with CDPs and Sous/Sous Chef to cover needs
- Assist mise en place, inventory, and wastage tracking
- Support daily station prep and coach junior team members
