Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience in restaurants doing 300+ covers daily
  • Steakhouse experience and knowledge of meat cuts
  • Experience leading a team of 20+ kitchen staff
  • Ability to run and lead the kitchen as number one chef
  • Full-time availability
  • Willingness to work on-site in New York City

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience in high-volume restaurants
  • Proven steakhouse and meat cutting expertise
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the kitchen operations efficiently
  • Lead and mentor a team of over 20 kitchen staff
  • Oversee meat cuts and steakhouse-specific food preparation
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Coordinate with front of house to ensure seamless service
  • Manage inventory and control food costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
