Job Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent
- minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience
- at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- knowledge of federal and state food safety regulations
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- excellent organizational skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- assist the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations
- interact with guests and clients to monitor and assess satisfaction trends and make improvements
- stay abreast of current food trends and techniques
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- monitor and develop team member performance including training and evaluations
- implement policies and procedures to control costs and increase profitability
- oversee preparation and production of all hotel meals
