Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience including supervisory roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to comply with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and guest service orientation

Job Duties
- Assist the executive chef in direction and oversight of all culinary operations
- Ensure preparation and production of all hotel meals meet quality standards
- Maintain food quality and presentation while complying with safety and sanitation standards and regulations
- Manage team member productivity and performance including training, supervision, counseling, scheduling, and evaluations
- Implement policies, procedures, and cost control measures to ensure profitability
- Interact with guests to monitor and assess satisfaction, address issues, and make improvements
- Stay updated on current food trends, techniques, and regional tastes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
