Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years culinary experience including management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety

- Proven culinary management experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with current culinary trends and techniques
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations including preparation and production of meals, food quality, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulations
- Monitor and develop team member performance by providing supervision, counseling, training, and scheduling
- Interact with guests and clients to assess satisfaction and address issues
- Stay abreast of current food trends and regional tastes
- Implement policies and procedures to control costs and ensure profitability
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and company health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
