Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- 5+ years cooking experience
- 2+ years culinary leadership experience preferred
- Ability to understand and accomplish financial goals

Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations and kitchen activities
- Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu creation and development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of culinary professionals
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, cost control, and financial goals
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
