Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • 5+ years cooking experience
  • 2+ years culinary leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to understand and accomplish financial goals

  • Strong communication skills with team members and guests

  • Oversee all culinary operations and kitchen activities
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu creation and development
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of culinary professionals
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and financial goals
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
