- minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar chef role
- advanced knowledge of culinary operations and kitchen management

- experience in managing financial performance related to kitchen operations
Job Duties
- lead the entire kitchen operation to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
- supervise and mentor kitchen staff to foster teamwork and skill development
- innovate and refine menus to drive culinary creativity and meet guest expectations
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to achieve financial targets
- collaborate with front-of-house teams to optimize guest dining experiences
- oversee kitchen scheduling and ensure operational coverage for a 24-hour service
