Job Requirements
- Minimum two-year culinary arts school or equivalent technical training
- Experience in a similar Chef de Cuisine or leadership culinary role
- Ability to manage a team of approximately 40 employees
- Experience working in a high volume, fine dining or semi-fine dining environment
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Ability to develop innovative recipes
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Effective English communication, verbal and written
Job Qualifications
- Currently in a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
- Experience in high volume type of environment
- Experience in fine dining or semi-fine dining
- Able to manage team of approximately 40 employees and 1 Chef Tournant
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation, food trends and food styling
- Communication and administration skills
- Ability to maintain and further develop the standards set by Caesars Entertainment
- Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
- Minimum of a two-year Culinary Arts School or equivalent technical training in the food industry
- Neat and professional appearance
- Bilingual abilities preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Duties
- Work with Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager and front of the house staff to ensure positive guest experience
- Ensure quality food product and presentations
- Teach and develop staff while serving a consistent product with pride
- Maintain food cost, labor cost and expenses within budget guidelines
- Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental and Company policies
- Balance partner relationships and internal requests
- Cook and create new, innovative and imaginative recipes
- React quickly and resolve problems
- Support and foster loyalty and conduct business in a professional manner at all times
