Job Requirements
- degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation
- five years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine with at least three years in a high-volume full-service food operation
- proven track record in improving kitchen efficiencies, quality, and cost control
- excellent leadership skills
- strong financial analysis abilities
- exceptional team building and communication skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations, sanitation practices, proper chemical usage, fire procedures, and HACCP
- highly detail-oriented and organized
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to provide short-term support to other facilities during emergencies
Job Qualifications

- expertise in managing kitchen operations and staff
- ability to develop and implement training programs
- strong knowledge of HACCP and kitchen sanitation

- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- strong problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- execute menus for the suites or concessions departments as established by the executive chef and culinary team
- provide recipes, training and experience to all staff
- work with NPO groups to ensure they have all resources needed to succeed
- ensure food is handled, processed and stored in accordance with HACCP program
- ensure excellent customer relations are always maintained
- coordinate with other departments regarding menu implementation
- schedule labor force and assign responsibilities for efficient use of equipment and personnel
