Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to lead and manage a dynamic culinary team

- Flexibility to work in a 24-hour operational environment

Job Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of culinary operations and high-volume kitchen management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and optimize budgets
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation
- Develop and innovate menus that reflect creativity and quality
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet high standards
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to optimize guest experience
- Monitor and manage kitchen staff performance and development
- Oversee inventory, cost control, and budget management
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations
