Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficiency in staff training and development
- Commitment to upholding quality and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in culinary or related field

- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience with menu planning and food quality control
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
- Skilled in handling guest feedback and conflict resolution
Job Duties
- Develops, designs, or creates new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products for restaurant
- Supervises restaurant kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
- Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards
- Plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements
- Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items
- Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and food preparation workers
- Manages day-to-day kitchen and restaurant operations including employee supervision and training
- Handles guest problems and complaints to ensure satisfaction
