Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • Ability to work full-time on-site
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to manage budgets and kitchen operations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in culinary or food and beverage field
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop menus and manage kitchen operations

Job Duties

  • Develops, designs, or creates new culinary applications and ideas
  • Supervises restaurant kitchen shift operations ensuring compliance with Food & Beverage policies
  • Maintains food preparation, handling, and storage standards
  • Plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements
  • Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items
  • Supervises and manages restaurant kitchen employees and daily operations
  • Provides exceptional customer service and addresses guest complaints
