- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance in a kitchen setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation
Job Duties
- Oversee the entire kitchen operation to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional food quality
- Lead and inspire the culinary team to maintain high standards of service and creativity
- Develop and implement innovative menus that surprise and delight guests
- Manage kitchen inventory, budgeting, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Enhance guest experience through attention to detail and seamless coordination
- Promote effective communication within the team and across departments
