Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in culinary management preferably in a luxury environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience required
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations inventory and food cost control
- Proven ability to lead train and inspire kitchen teams
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
- Committed to high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Available for a full-time year-round position
- Able to stand lift and work in extreme temperatures for extended periods
- Passion for delivering elevated culinary experiences aligned with the Aman philosophy

Job Duties
- Lead daily kitchen operations across all outlets ensuring service and product quality at all times
- Design and execute nightly specials and seasonal menu updates
- Conduct regular team briefings monitor skills and provide ongoing training and development
- Maintain close communication with restaurant reservations and event teams
- Manage food cost control waste and ensure efficient stock rotation and minimal loss
- Oversee catering for private dining events and guests with dietary restrictions
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness organization and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef on strategy staffing and budgeting
- Uphold high communication and professionalism between the kitchen and front-of-house
- Handle other duties as directed by General Managers or the Executive team
