Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years of kitchen leadership experience
  • proficiency in menu planning and food cost control
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to sustainability and ethical food sourcing

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef de cuisine or executive chef
  • knowledge of Hawai‘i Regional Cuisine preferred
