Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous culinary leadership experience
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to manage food costs and vendor relationships

  • Previous culinary leadership experience required
  • strong cooking, preparation, and kitchen management skills
  • ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team

  • solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and cost control

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary operations
  • oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards
  • maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
  • create and design restaurant menu
  • oversee safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of all kitchen areas
  • manage food cost, purchasing and vendors
  • collaborate with General Manager on strategy and profitability
  • train, coach, and develop culinary team
