Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience
  • Prior supervisory or management experience in a kitchen setting
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in inventory management and cost control
  • Valid food handler certification
  • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
  • Experience with menu development and recipe analysis
  • Ability to lead and motivate a culinary team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong financial acumen regarding food and labor cost control
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Supervising food preparation, monitors food production, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen
  • Creates recipes and pricing guides used by all team members
  • Analyzing recipes and plate presentation
  • Drives the execution of superior food quality and standard adherence
  • Actively involved in all food production areas
  • teaches menu item specifications
  • Cost conscious
  • monitors food production, ordering and waste
  • Achieves food costs
  • connects daily cost management with profit/loss achievement
  • Achieves labor costs

  • Enforce the brand by working with the guidelines set by the company
