Job Requirements
- Formal education of high school diploma or higher
- Culinary degree or ACF certification preferred
- Serve Safe Manager certification required
- Advanced knowledge of culinary practices and techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food production
- Commitment to clean and safe kitchen operations
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
- Experience in banquet and restaurant food production
- Ability to develop creative menus and control food costs
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate food preparation according to menu specifications
- Assist in periodic food inventories
- Oversee food and supplies ordering
- Lead culinary team to meet performance standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen and equipment
- Ensure adherence to food safety and HACCP guidelines
- Participate in menu development and recipe creation with cost control
- Manage culinary team schedules and coverage
- Foster collaboration and mentor culinary staff
- Deliver exceptional guest and member service
- Act as culinary MOD in absence of Executive Chef or Sous Chef
