Job Qualifications

- culinary arts degree or associate's degree preferred
- at least three years of professional chef experience in fine dining
- current ServSafe Certification

Job Duties
- Develop and standardize recipes
- maintain food costs and monitor inventory and waste
- ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- oversee daily kitchen operations
- train and manage kitchen staff
- assist Executive Chef in menu creation and pricing
- expedite orders to maintain service flow
- conduct performance evaluations
- ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
- perform other responsibilities as required
