Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary arts degree or associate's degree preferred
  • at least three years of professional chef experience in fine dining
  • current ServSafe Certification

  • ability to build strong team relationships

Job Duties

  • Develop and standardize recipes
  • maintain food costs and monitor inventory and waste
  • ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • oversee daily kitchen operations
  • train and manage kitchen staff
  • assist Executive Chef in menu creation and pricing
  • expedite orders to maintain service flow
  • conduct performance evaluations
  • ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
  • perform other responsibilities as required
