Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks including grasping, reaching, bending, lifting, and kneeling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and certifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate and facilitate food preparation, presentation, and service procedures as directed by the Executive Chef
- Monitor quality and quantity of prepared food
- Ensure proper rotation and utilization of stored food to prevent waste
- Monitor employee performance, provide instruction as needed, and monitor staffing levels
- Facilitate food preparation, presentation, and service alongside kitchen staff
- Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency, flavor, presentation, and portion control
- Manage staffing levels, early out requests, and overtime
- Monitor kitchen and storage areas to maintain cleanliness and meet health and safety standards
- Delegate work assignments to kitchen staff
- Administer disciplinary action and instruct employees in job duties
- Requisition stock according to business needs
- Maintain kitchen and related areas free of safety hazards
