Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
  • Willingness to innovate and improve culinary offerings
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to develop and adapt menus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in upscale dining environments preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations
  • Develop menus for fine dining, casual bistro, and catering services
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation standards
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff
  • Manage inventory and food cost controls
  • Collaborate with management on culinary program development
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
