Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in culinary leadership roles
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm
  • Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing culinary trends and resident preferences

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as chef de cuisine, sous chef, or equivalent role
  • Proven leadership abilities in culinary settings
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to develop creative menus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing catering services preferred
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification advantageous

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations
  • Develop and execute menu plans for fine-dining restaurant and bistro
  • Manage catering services and special culinary events
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Train and mentor culinary staff to promote skill development
  • Monitor inventory and control food costs
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
