Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in culinary leadership roles
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm
- Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing culinary trends and resident preferences
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as chef de cuisine, sous chef, or equivalent role
- Proven leadership abilities in culinary settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to develop creative menus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing catering services preferred
- Culinary degree or relevant certification advantageous
Job Duties
- Lead culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations
- Develop and execute menu plans for fine-dining restaurant and bistro
- Manage catering services and special culinary events
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor culinary staff to promote skill development
- Monitor inventory and control food costs
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
