Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a culinary team effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a hotel or resort environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to foster professional, respectful working relationships

Job Duties

  • Actively participates in daily food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency and quality
  • Provides daily leadership and oversight to the culinary team
  • Collaborates closely with Front of House leadership to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Evaluates team conduct and provides ongoing coaching to support growth and accountability
  • Ensures strict adherence to safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Maintains high standards of workstation organization, equipment cleanliness, and overall kitchen safety
